Tool holders manufactured in Germany
SCHÜSSLER has manufactured tool holders in Bodelshausen since 1970. Its range includes ER collet chucks, Weldon end mill holders, precision collet chucks, shrink fit holders and hydraulic chucks.
High runout accuracy, carefully finished functional surfaces and precision balancing are key product features. The steep tapers are manufactured to AT3 taper-angle tolerance, and every holder is inspected before delivery.

- Shrink fit holders – Standard, slim and extra-slim versions, as well as HPC shrink fit holders
- HYDRO TIGHT – hydraulic chucks with high runout accuracy and uniform clamping force for cylindrical-shank tools
- Weldon end mill holders – also available in slim versions and Cool Tool designs with targeted coolant delivery
- Shell mill holders and threaded shank adapters – in various lengths; threaded shank adapters are also available in cylindrical and tapered designs

Tool holder packages with HSK, SK or BT interfaces
We offer SCHÜSSLER tool holder packages with the HSK, SK or BT interface used by your machine. We put the package together according to your tool list and take any suitable holders you already own into account.
Shrink fit machines and balancing equipment
tool-manic shrink fit machines
The tool-manic range includes the S20 with optional standalone cooling, the S20C for simultaneous shrinking and cooling, and the S30 with touchscreen and optional iris coil. These machines can be quoted together with your tool holders.
μ-manic balancing machines
The range is complemented by μ-manic balancing machines and SCHÜSSLER balancing adapters for HSK and SK holders. We can include this equipment in your accessory quotation as required.

When you buy a machine through the CNC Outlet Center, we can offer SCHÜSSLER tool holders at particularly attractive prices. Your accessory quotation lists the specific part numbers, quantities and prices. We coordinate delivery dates with SCHÜSSLER around your planned commissioning date.
