S1530: a compact fiber laser for sheet metal cutting
The AORE S1530 accommodates the common 3,000 × 1,500 mm sheet format in a compact, enclosed design. Key model specifications are:
- Working area: 3,060 × 1,530 mm
- Laser power: 1.5 to 12 kW, depending on configuration
- Machine design: enclosed working area and compact construction
Power selection depends on material, thickness, cutting geometry and required output. Space planning also covers loading, material storage and maintenance access.
AORE S1530 CNC Outlet Edition
Together with Axon, we also offer the S1530 as a preconfigured CNC Outlet Edition. A defined specification helps compare investment and scope of supply. Laser power, cutting head, software, extraction and services are specified in the Edition quotation. The model range’s power options should not be confused with the Edition’s specification.
Which laser cutting system suits your orders?
S and PG systems cover sheet metal cutting; the PG Series adds a pallet changer. TG, TH and TS address dedicated tube processing, while PGT combines both applications. Together with Axon, we assess material dimensions, wall thicknesses, batch sizes and handling requirements before specifying a machine.
Automation for loading and unloading
AORE offers sheet storage and automatic loading and unloading systems. Compatibility is checked with Axon against material format, weight, part mix and workflow. Automation is selected for the machine rather than assumed to be standard equipment.
AORE laser machines at the CNC Outlet Center
An AORE machine is planned for display at the CNC Outlet Center. Before arranging a visit, we confirm which model is available on site and when it can be viewed under power. Cutting demonstrations are coordinated with Axon using your workpieces and materials.
Technical specification, commissioning and service by Axon
For an enquiry, we need drawings, materials, thicknesses, sheet or tube dimensions, quantities and your target production start. The CNC Outlet Center supports selection and quotations. Axon in Schorndorf provides technical advice, installation, commissioning, operator instruction, service and spare parts.

We clarify software, extraction, cooling, gas supply and services alongside the machine. Financing and the valuation or disposal of an existing system can also be considered.
