CHIRON CNC milling machines

When it comes to supreme precision, the shortest machining times and maximum availability, CHIRON CNC milling machines play a decisive role in helping the German machine tool industry to lead the global market.

When it comes to new machines, the CHIRON Group includes the CHIRON and STAMA brands. The machines under both brands are renowned for their supreme precision and maximum productivity in the machining production of both series and individual parts. In the area of refurbishing used machines, the CHIRON Group is usefully supported by the retrofitting specialist CMS

The huge performance capability of the Chiron machining centres is evident not just in automated large-scale production, but also in the flexible manufacturing of individual items such as in tooling and mould making. This large range of applications means that the CHIRON Group’s machines are now found in many different business sectors. These include:

  • Aerospace
  • Automotive
  • Mechanical engineering
  • Medical engineering
  • Precision engineering
  • And many more

Product lines of the CHIRON CNC machines

Depending on the requirements placed on the workpieces which are to be processed, CHIRON offers various product lines for CNC machining. Starting with the compact 08 series through to the 25 series, which was designed for large components, the ideal machine can be found to cater for any application you may have. For flexible manufacturing assignments, CHIRON offers other series within the CNC machining centres in the form of MILL and Baseline.

The CHIRON CNC machines in the MILL series have been designed particularly for machining larger components and they impress with their supreme performance and maximum stability.

The CHIRON CNC machines in the Baseline series are pre-configured standard machines with selected equipment options. This allows the company's leading technologies to be offered in affordable entry-level machines. The Baseline product line includes machines for flexible contract manufacturing and impresses with compact footprints, high precision and durability. The Chiron CNC machining centres in the Baseline product line are a match for the 08-25 and MILL series in both performance capability and quality.

Demonstration machines and used Chiron machining centres

We primarily offer Chiron’s demonstration and used machines from the Baseline series. As the range of Chiron CNC machines that we offer is constantly changing, we can frequently provide you with machines from other series, for example the Chiron FZ 12 FX Magnum Highspeed.
