CNC vertical lathe (DEMO MACHINE)

The VL 2 series stands for maximum efficiency in the machining of small components. All models feature three axes, a turret with up to twelve driven tools, and integrated automation.

With a chuck diameter of 160 mm, the machine is perfectly suited for workpieces up to 100 mm in diameter and 150 mm in length.

At the core of the VL 2 is its rigid machine base made of MINERALIT polymer concrete, ensuring outstanding stability and vibration damping. The work spindle is mounted on a cross slide that handles movements along the X and Z axes. Beneath it, the tool turret accommodates up to twelve turning or driven tools. An optional Y-axis in the turret further enhances flexibility and machining performance.
